It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 99as makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in all locations. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per account per day. These limits are displayed in the 99as cashier at the time of each transaction. Before any withdrawal is processed, your 99as Account must pass KYC verification. KYC requires submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back), a recent selfie, and — for withdrawals above a specified threshold — documentation supporting the source of funds deposited. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are typically processed within the timeframes displayed in the cashier. 99as reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal pending completion of a security or fraud review.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered to and verified under your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. Any attempted withdrawal to a third-party account will be refused and may trigger an AML investigation of the relevant Account.
An Account is deemed dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. 99as reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Account balances after the dormancy period has elapsed. Players will be notified by the registered email address before any such fee is applied.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotions offered by 99as are subject to these general Terms & Conditions and to the specific terms stated for each individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. 99as reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Withdrawal of a promotion shall not affect bonuses already claimed and accepted in good faith prior to the withdrawal announcement, subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met within the original stated time limit.

In cases of suspension due to a suspected Terms breach, any balance in the Account will be held pending investigation and may be forfeited if the breach is confirmed.
You may close your 99as Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before an Account is closed, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending wagering obligations on Bonus Funds.
Players who feel they need a break from gaming may request a temporary cooling-off period or a permanent self-exclusion through the 99as responsible gaming tools.
